CONTRACT FOR APPOINTMENT OF
ALTERNATE MUNICIPAL JUDGE
FOR THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS
The City of Grapevine, Texas, in accordance with Section 8-2(c) of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Grapevine, by this instrument hereby enters into a contract with
Brad Bradley for appointment as Alternate Municipal Judge of the City of Grapevine,
Texas.
The tenure of this appointment shall be (2) two years from the date of said signed contract.
However, the Alternate Judge of the Municipal Court may be removed by a majority vote
of the City Council for incompetency, corruption, misconduct or malfeasance in office,
after due notice and an opportunity to be heard in his defense. Also, following due
procedure, the Alternate Judge of the Municipal Court may be removed from office by
City Council resolution declaring a lack of confidence in the Judge.
Said Alternate Municipal Judge shall perform the duties of the Municipal Judge when the
Municipal Judge is temporarily unavailable to perform his duties.
Moreover, the Alternate Municipal Judge shall each year satisfy the annual continuing
judicial education requirements of the Court of Criminal Appeals, pursuant to Texas
Government Code Chapter 56, without compensation or reimbursement for such
certification from the City of Grapevine.
The Alternate Judge shall be compensated $60.00 per arraignment, $85.00 per warrant,
and $360.00 per docket for services rendered by him on behalf of the City of Grapevine,
Texas as documented by the Court Administrator.
This contract is made and entered into by and between the City of Grapevine, Texas and
Brad Bradley, and shall be effective immediately upon its execution.

ALTERNATE MUNICIPAL JUDGE
FOR THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS
The City of Grapevine, Texas, in accordance with Section 8-2(c) of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Grapevine, by this instrument hereby enters into a contract with Gilland
Chenault for appointment as Second Alternate Municipal Judge of the City of Grapevine,
Texas.
The tenure of this appointment shall be (two) two years from the date of said signed
contract. However, the Alternate Judge of the Municipal Court may be removed by a
majority vote of the City Council for incompetency, corruption, misconduct or malfeasance
