This letter confirms on April 11, 2025 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA25-30 for the property addressed 206 Church Street, legally described as
Block A, Lot 1, Bradley Powers Addition, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic
Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended,
for the following:
1. Install brick at base for the porch columns using:
Spalding Brick,
• Brick color - Yankee Hill Dark Ironspot Velour;
2. Change the previously approved paint selection for the exterior of the house;
Change from Sherwin-Williams:
• # SW 7004 Snowbound,
• # SW 7638 Jogging Path;
• # SW 7650 Ellie Gray;
Change to Sherwin-Williams:
• Primary # SW 7012 Creamy;
• Shingle Siding # SW 0023 Pewter Tankard;
• Accent # SW 2801 Rookwood Dark Red;
3. Exterior lighting:
Photo of selected wall sconces and round pendant fixture;
4. Exterior of building — Decorative diamond pane glass for use on the exterior of the
building;
as per the attached photos, paint colors and fixture selections with the condition a
permit is obtained from the Building Department.
