Install a new metal tenant sign on the north side of the building above the main entrance: 2.5' X 7' aluminum pan sign with logo to be taped on; 2. Install a new strip sign in the existing monument sign marquee; as per the attached photos, drawings and specifications with the condition a sign permit is obtained from the Building Department. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permit is / is not required.
