This letter confirms on May 1, 2025 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with conditions
#CA25-34 for the property addressed 651 South Main Street, legally described as Block 15,
Lot 15R, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix
G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
Install a new temporary vinyl banner 3 feet tall x 15 feet wide-,
for a Music Fest fundraiser - 14-day max-,
as per the attached photo with the condition a banner permit is obtained from the
Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit Qs 1 is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
