CALL TO ORDER
Any person who is not scheduled on the agenda may address the Committee under
Citizen Comments or on any other agenda item by completing a Citizen Appearance
Request form with the staff. A member of the public may address the Committee regarding
an item on the agenda either before or during the Committee's consideration of the item,
upon being recognized by the Chairman or upon the consent of the Committee. In
accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the Committee is restricted in discussing
or taking action during Citizen Comments.
III. NEW BUSINESS
A. Hold a discussion to provide staff with direction on current regulations and potential
amendments for secondary structures in single-family residential districts and take
any necessary action.

Workshop
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Grapevine, Texas met in Session on
this 91h day of April 2025 in the City Council Conference Room with the following members
present -to -wit:

CALL TO ORDER
1. CITIZEN COMMENTS
No one spoke during citizen comments.
2. Hold a discussion to provide staff direction on current regulations and potential
amendments for secondary structures in single-family residential districts and take any
necessary action.

The Planning and Zoning Commission directed staff to draft language based
on the proposed changes.
Adjournment: 6:30 p.m.
Meeting was adjourned.
