This letter confirms on May 29, 2025 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA25-38 for the property addressed 412 East Franklin Street, legally described
as Block 30, W 75' E 80'4, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation
Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the
following:
1. Replace the existing hail -damaged roof on both the house and detached garage;
2. Using Certainteed Landmark Series shingles, the color roof shingle shall closely
match the existing shingle color;
as per the submitted specification sheet, with the conditions a permit be obtained from the
Building Department.
An approved Ce , 'ficate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit(Lsl is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
