This letter confirms on May 22, 2025 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA25-37 for the property addressed 610 Homestead Lane, legally described
as Block 3, Lot 2, D. E. Box Addition, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic
Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as
amended, for the following.-
1 . Repaint the exterior trim of the house with Sherwin William's paint in same paint
color;
2. Replace deteriorated wood on the siding and other wood around the exterior of
the house;
3. Repaint the wood exterior doors with Sherwin William's paint in same color;
4. Install a new wood dog ear picket driveway gate on the east side of the house,
set back minimum 18" from the front wall of the house, -
as per the submitted plan, specifications and photos; with the conditions a permit be
obtained from the Building Department.
An approved CeO
4icate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permitis is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
