This letter confirms on June 16, 2025 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA25-39 for the property addressed 314 South Main Street, legally described as
Block 1, Lot 16 & 905' 15 & 17, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation
Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the
following:
1. Replace the existing forest green color awning with a Sunbrella Exceed, flame
resistant awning color to be Black #8751-0060;
as per the submitted specification sheet, with the conditions a permit be obtained from the
Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit (Lsj is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
