E. Box Addition, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following: 1. Remove the existing wood privacy fence; 2. Construct a new wood privacy fence in the same locations along the sides and rear yard of the house as follows: fence to be constructed of 1" x 6" cedar pickets mounted on cedar rails and posts, stained brown; a. 6' tall cedar fence between the house and the east side of property, new fence to remain the same height as previously approved Certificate of Appropriateness; fence segment to be set back 18" from the corner of the house; b. 8' tall cedar fence along the east side of the property to the rear side of the property; c. 8' tall cedar fence along the rear side of the property, tapering from 8' to 6' high along two panel widths at the Ruth Street side of the property; d. 6' tall cedar fence along driveway and along the Ruth Street side of the property, as per the attached site plan and renderings, with the conditions a permit be obtained from the Building Department. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permit is / is not required.
