Project: New patio Cover
Scope of work:
Demo existing patio cover
Build new patio cover with breezeway attached to the garage.
We will be starting the patio cover higher on the side of the house to create a 4/12 pitch.
This will require removing a door that led out to the deck of the old patio cover and 2
windows. New Hardi fiber cement siding will be installed above & below where the new
patio cover will attach to the house.
Materials;
We will be using Pressure treated pine 4x4 posts to support the open end of the patio
cover.
All roof framing will be 2”x10” Douglas fir #2
7/16” OSB for roof decking
Laminate composition shingles
