Block 110, Lot 7, College Heights Addition, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic
Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended,
for the following:
1 Remove existing fence and construct a new six and eight foot tail fence in the rear
yard and sides of the house ' Fence to be Western Red Cedar wood, 1 `x6", six and
eight -foot high boards-, if metal posts are to be used, metal posts are to be encased
with wood;
2, At the driveway at the rear of the property install a 19 long x 8' tall slide gate with
Lift Master CSL24UL Slide Gate operator and Accessories including a battery
backup, key pad, gate stand, gate operator, 2 remotes and concrete rollback guide,
as per the attached site plan and photos with the conditions a permit be obtained from the
Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
