This letter confirms on August 5, 2025 the Historic Preservation Staff approved #CA25-51 for
the property addressed 413 South Main Street, legally described as Block 18, Lot 5&6, City of
Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine
Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. On the front of the building install a new tenant wall sign 7'-6" wide by 2'-9" high,
above the canvas awning; install a 24" round color wheel sign board to the left of
the wall sign and a 31" tall candy cane sign board to the right of the wall sign;
2. Install a new projecting sign bracket with hanging sign 44" wide by 44" high on the
brick pilaster of the building fagade;
3. On the rear of the building install a new V-4" high by 4' wide sign to the left of the
entry door
as per the attached plans, renderings and photos with the condition a Permit is obtained from
the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit &I is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
