Subject: DEW Nam' 8 - NMT (Noise Monitoring Ternunal) location in the City of
Grapevine
The NMTs' consist of a 2 ft diameter concrete foundation about 8 fit deep and an aluminum tilt pole 20 ft
tall, The pole will have both an equipment cabinet and solar panel attached to it. NO UNDEGROUND
UTILITIES ARE NEEDED FOR THESE NMTs since they run on solar power and use cell moderns for
remote access. See picture below for a sample of an NIMT installation.

Fort Worth International Airport Board, hereinaiter referred to as the Grantee, a license
to Construct, operate, and maintain two Noise Monitoring lerniinals, on Tracts A-1A and
A-10, each being 20 feet long by 10 feet wide, approximately a total of 0.009 acre, over,
across, in and 11pon lands of the United States, as identified in EXHIBIT A — MAP,
att-ached hereto and tnade a part hereof, hereinafter referred to as the Prernise%.
THIS LICENSE is granted stibject to the following conditions:

Real Estate Contracting Officer, or "said officer" shall include their duly authorized

The Use and OCCLIpati011 Of the Premises shall be subject to the general
supervision and approval of the Real Estate Contractin(I Officer, Fort Worth District

property located on the Premisos against fire or damage. from any and all other causes.
Any property of the United States darnaged or destroyed by the Grantee incident to the
exercise, of the privileges herein granted shall be promptly repaired or replaced by the
Grantee to a condition satisfactory to said officer, or at the election of said officer,
reirribursernent rnade, therefoto by the Grantee in an arnount necessary to restore of
replace the property to a condition satisfactory to said officer.
The United States shall not be responsible for darnages to property of' jnjUtiOS to
persons which may arise from or be incident to the exercise of the privileges herein

or injuries, to the person of the Gralr1fee's officers, agents, or employees or others who
may be on the Premises at their invitation of, the invitation of any one of them, arid the
Grantee shall hold the United States harmless from any and all such claims (lot

On of, before the expiration of this license or its termination by the Grantee, the
Grantee shall vacate the Premises, remove the property of the Grantee, arid restore the
Premises to a condition satisfactory to said officer. If, however, this license is revoked,
the Giantee shall vacate the Premises, remove said property and restore the Premises
to the aforesaid condition within such tinter as the Real Fstatc Contracting Officer riiay
designate. In either event, if the Grantee shall fail of, neglect to remove said property
and restore the Premises, then, at the option of said officer, the property shall either
become the property of the United States without compensation therefore, or said
officer may cause the property to be removed arid no claim for darriages against the
United States or its officers or agents shall be created by or rnade on account of such
removal and restoration work. The Grantee shall also pay the United States off detu and
any surn which may be expended by the United States after the expiration, revocation,
of, termination of this license in restoring the Prorriises,

shall protect the Prernises against pollution of its air, grDLInd and water. 'I he Grantee
shall comply with any laws, regulations, conditions, or instructions affecting the activity
hereby al-Ithorized if and when issued by the Environmental Protection Agency, or any
Federal, state, interstate or local governmental agency having jurisdiction to abate or
prevent pollution. The disposal of any toxic or hazardous materials within the Premises
is specifically prohibited. Such regulations, conditions, or instructions in effect or
prescribed by said Environmentz,:,il Protection Agency, or any Federal, state, interstate or
local governmental agency are hereby inade a condition of this license. The Grantee
shall riot discharge waste Or elflUent from the Promises in SUcIr a ritanner that the
discharge will conlarninate streams or other bodies of water or otherwise become a

b, The Grantee will rise all reasonable means available to protect the
