Per the VA benefit program, we are making changes to this bathroom for Mr. Kern.As follows,
Increase the entry door to a 2/8 - 618 which requires a 2x6 double header,
Increase the cased opening leading into the water closet to a 3/0 - 6/8 cased opening which will require a 2x8
double header.
- The other required inspection is removing the garden tub and converting to a roll -in shower. We will be using a
Schluter system shower pan.
Included in our submittal is a drawing of the master bath with indicated changes. A footprint drawing of the first
or indicating where the work is to be done, Framing details of the header to be installed.
