We are thrilled to embark on this new chapter, which we believe will significantly enhance our ability to serve our loyal customers and contribute further to the vibrant local economy. Our current premises, at a cozy 1,332 square feet, have served us well, but as our patronage has grown, so too has the need for additional space to accommodate our valued guests and streamline our operations. Therefore, we are proposing an expansion that will increase our total footprint by 1,443 square feet to a more expansive total of 2,775 square feet. This substantial increase in space will allow us to introduce several key improvements designed to elevate the dining experience at Weinbergers' Deli. The primary feature of this expansion will be the addition of a dedicated dining room. This new area will provide our customers with a comfortable and inviting space to sit, relax, and savor their meals, moving beyond our current counter -service and limited seating model. We envision a warm and welcoming atmosphere where families and friends can gather. Furthermore, the expansion will include the addition of an extra bathroom facility. This much - needed amenity will greatly improve convenience for our patrons and meet the demands of our growing customer base. Finally, we will be incorporating crucial additional kitchen storage. This will not only improve the efficiency of our kitchen operations but also allow us to offer a wider array of menu items to our customers such as breakfast items like breakfast sandwiches, and an additional 50 hot and cold signature sandwiches to our menu. We will also be upgrading our hood to a type 1 fire suppression system meet current code standards and it will allow us to introduce a gas griddle helping us further expand our menu. We believe this expansion represents a significant investment in our future within Grapevine, enabling us to provide expanded hours of operation and a better customer experience for our customers. New hours of operation will be Monday thru Saturday 8:00am to 10:00pm, and Sunday 9:00am thru 8:00pm. We are committed to working closely with the City of Grapevine to ensure that this expansion aligns seamlessly with local regulations and contributes positively to the urban landscape. We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to discuss these plans in greater detail and move forward with this exciting project. Thank you for your time and consideration.
