Ms. Cook,
I am writing to request an extension of our permit for our project at Baylor, Scott & White Medical Center Grapevine
(Permit #25-002517).
Our project Scope of Work involves the installation of a new Air Handling Unit. The Unit itself had a long lead time of
approximately 30 weeks. Work could not commence until this unit was received and ready to install. Work is to commence
within the month.
Please extend our permit to Aug 1st, 2026.
