This letter confirms on September 8, 2025 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA24-59 for the property addressed 336 South Main Street, legally described as
Block 2, Lot 713, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73
(Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
Install two tenant signs for Hershenberg Group/Real estate team:
a. one non -lighted / non -vinyl panel sign, 96" wide x 32" high, on the front wall of the
building, above the awning and window transom;
b. one non -lighted / non -vinyl projection sign, 24" wide x 24" high, double -sided, to
be hung from the existing wall bracket;
as per the attached drawings, specifications and photos with the condition a permit is
obtained from the Building Department.
An approved Certiificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit; is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
