On this date, Terracon's representative arrived at the above referenced job site as scheduled for structural steel
observations. A visual observation was performed as noted on the attached report.
A. Park pavilion canopy structure, roof level framing:
1. Column anchor bolts were compliant.
2. Beam bolted connections were compliant.
3. Beam clip welded connections were compliant.
4. Column cap plate to above beam bottom flange welded connections were compliant.
