Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as
amended, for the following:
1. Repaint the building awning in a new paint color:
using Sherwin Williams' paint:
#SW 2838 "Polished Mahogany";
as per the attached specifications and photo.
An approved Certificate f Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is is no� required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
