This letter confirms on September 2, 2025 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA25-60 for the property addressed 406 South Main Street, legally described as
Block 3, Lot 2, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73
(Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. On the new white oak entrance doors, install Emtek brass exterior door pulls, size to
be 18" tall;
2. Repaint in a new color the trim of windows and the City Drug sign pole with tenant
sign frame using Sherwin Williams" #SW 7675 "Sealskin" color,
as per the attached specifications color sample and photo with the condition a permit is
obtained from the Building Department.

icate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
