Verify that all text is legible on an 11”x 17” sheet. Do not reproduce final copies requested below prior to Planning Staff approval. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: SP25-10; submitted by Ward Architecture, PLLC for property l ocated at 3000 William D Tate Avenue, platted as Lot 1, Bl ock 1, Memorial Baptist Church Addition. The site was previously approved for a site plan SP23-0 7 to change the floor plan of the existing sanctuary by relocating office space and adding seats to the 2 nd floor balcony in the North Building. This request is specifically to construct a 11,500 sq.ft. multipurpose building. The property is zoned “R-20”, Single-Family District an d is owned by Church at the Cross Grapevine. PLANNING SERVICES All Sheets in Plan Set • PS1. Provide the case number in the signature block and the title bar • PS2. Add purpose statement – The purpose of SP25-10 is t o construct a 11,500 sq.ft. multipurpose building at Church at the Cross. • PS12. Square footage and acreage should match the plat on file Overall Site Plan – Sheet #A1.00 • PS3. Plan needs to be to scale. Provide numeric and graphic scale • PS4. Label line cutting through property • PS5. Clarify – will any trees be removed for construction? • PS6. Remove the hatching from the swamp area. The engineer needs to show the existing 100yr FEMA floodplain and the City ultimate flood elevation information from our master plan that the engineer may use to ensure the structure is safe from flooding as well as to show and encroachments into the floodplain. Any revisions to the Ultimate flood will require a flood study. BUILDING SERVICES Contact Larry Gray – Building Services at 817.410.3163 or lgray@grapevinetexas.gov to discuss the following: • BS1.
