approved by a Nationally Recognized Testing Agency and labeled accordingly**

REQUIRED ATTACHMENTS:
1. A separate permit and 2 sets of drawings are required for each siLln. For wall signs a separate permit application and plans
may be submitted for each elevation. A minimum of 11 x 17 drawings must be submitted. All drawings must be legible.
2. Pole or ground signs require a site elan drawn to scale showins: location of the sign. Pole sign structural drawings must be
sealed by a State of Texas Registered Professional Engineer. Monument and Ground sign applications must include footing
detail.
3. Show dimensions and distances to property lines. (Place asterisk on property line with line to sign location).
4. Detailed, dimensioned plans of sign showing graphics. Dimensioned full len0h buildnm elevation showing sign or signs on
building. Show dimensions of height & width of tenant space and or building.
5. Plan Review Fee, 65% of the permit fee is required when permit application is submitted. Balance due upon approval.

The sign and its system of components shall be securely fastened to tenant's sign band/fagade. Sign band must be free of holes and
scratch marks. Patch and paint to match existing background, if applicable.
Installation must comply with building and fire codes. Must comply with City of Grapevine requirements.
Includes permits and inspections, if applicable.
Sign installation must be completed before or after mall hours. Sign contractor must sign in and out with security located at dock #6
adjacent to LEGOLAND by calling (972) 538-5921 for mall access. Contractor must have an updated certificate of insurance prior to
install. Obtain certificate of insurance requirements from management office.
Use floor cover/drop cloth to protect landlord's common area floors as a result of your scope of work. Final clean-up included.
