3 New cabinets ,countertops and fixtures in kitchen and baths .
New windows :Permit pulled by window company (Window World )
One exterior door and window to be replaced by a single sliding door .
5 Electric :Permit to be pulled by Morgan Electric for electrical work
Original ,existing electrical box will be updated and replaced
Second ,existing electrical box will be removed with circuits moved to new box
Aluminum wiring will only be replaced with copper where walls are opened up .
New copper wiring will be utilized for new recessed can lighting .
Where necessary ,copper wiring will be utilized for any replacement circuits in
electrical box .
GFCI's will bIbe included per code .
All connections will use proper connectors for fixtures based on wire type
6 Previously converted 2 -car garage to living space .There is an open records request
pending to determine if permit was approved .Will keep area as living .
7 Plumbing :Gas Line extension (permit pulled by vendor );new primary shower pan .
8 HVAC :Replace old ductwork and vents
