It is to determine that this fence line is for a side yard and, therefore, be governed by those existing codes,The previous fence was considered a side fence. As used in this article, the following terms shall have the respective meanings ascribed to them: Lot, corner: A lot situated at the junction of two or more dedicated public streets. (4) For the purpose of this section, "established front yard area" shall mean an open, unoccupied space on a lot facing a street and extending across the front of a lot between the side yard lines and extending from the abutting street to a principal building or structure.
