To whom it may concern,
We are writing to address the structural deficiencies that we observed on our May 7, 2025 site visit. Our
report is attached as an exhibit, along with the Architects (PDG) preferred method of addressing roof
slope issues.
We have reviewed photos supplied by the general contractor (attached) as well as those that they post
regularly on Procore, for this project. Based on these photos and conversations with the GC, it appears
that all the deficiencies have been resolved to our satisfaction, and that the building complies with the
structural design intent.
