Please send 2 hard copies, 24x36 of the revised building elevations to the Planning Services desk. From what I
can see, staff should be able to approve the minor revisions to doors and let you move forward with your
building permits. Once we receive the hard copies, we will finalize the review and let you know next step.

I appreciate that you took my call. As discussed, the following changes have been made since the SUP approval:
- The locaIons of the doors leading to the sprinkler and electrical rooms have been adjusted.
- The specificaIons for the full vision overhead and high-speed doors have been changed to insulated parIal vision
overhead doors. The locaIons of these doors remain the same.
Please let us know if these minor changes can be approved or what the next required submission is to obtain this
approval.

is denied pending receipt of response to the following comments:

1. Contact the Planning Department for the changes of the doors and roll up door windows on the
building elevations. Planning can be contacted at: 817-410-3155.
Make all required correcIons and submit 3 hard copies of complete revised plan sets in response. Plan size
shall be a minimum of 11X17, however drawings shall be printed to scale. Drawings larger than 36” in more
than one dimension will not be accepted.
