CALL TO ORDER
REGULAR MEETING
CITIZEN COMMENTS
Any person who is not scheduled on the agenda may address the Board of
Commissioners under Citizen Comments or on any other agenda item by
completing a Citizen Appearance Request form with the Executive Director. A
member of the public may address the Board of Commissioners regarding an item
on the agenda either before or during the Board's consideration of the item, upon
being recognized by the Chair of the Board or upon the consent of the Board.
Citizens will have 3 minutes to address the Board of Commissioners. In
accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the Board is restricted in
discussing or taking action during Citizen Comments.

any necessary action.
4. Consideration and acceptance of the August 2025 monthly financial statements
and take necessary action.
5. Report by the Ex Officio member of the Senior Citizens Advisory Board on the
October 7, 2025 meeting.

The Board of Commissioners of the City of Grapevine Housing Authority met in Regular Session on the 23rd day of
October 2025, in the Conference Room of the Grapevine Housing Authority, 131 Starr Place, with the following
members present:

Constituting a quorum, with the following also present:

Call to Order
Chairperson Troeger called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.

Item # 2 - Reoort from the Executive Director (Informational OnlvJ
A. Rent Delinauencv and Information Sheet
The Executive Director reported to the Board on the rent delinquencies, number of empty units, work
orders and statistical information for the waiting list for Public Housing through October 23, 2025.
B. Capital Funds Reoort and Work in Proaress
The Executive Director reported to the Board on the current Capital Funds and corresponding projects.
C. Reoort on Public Housina Activitv and Issues
The Executive Director updated the Board the annual third -party inspection was October 20, 2025. The
housing authority received a score of 87.91.
D. Uodate from the Resident Advisory meetina held October 17. 2025
The Board reviewed the minutes from the October 17, 2025, RAB meeting and had no questions.
E. Quarterly Investment Reoort for Quarter 3 2025
The Executive Director presented the Board with the Quarterly Investment Portfolio Report for Quarter 3
2025.

The Board was provided with the minutes from September 25, 2025, meeting for approval.

Item #4 - Consideration and acceptance of the Auqust 2025 monthly financial statements and take necessary action
The Executive Director presented the Board with an electronic copy of the August 2025 financial statements for their
review. Commissioner Woodward reviewed the financial statements and reported he found them to be acceptable
Motion was made to approve the August 2025, minutes as presented.

Item #5 — Report by the Ex Officio member of the Senior Citizens Advisory Board on the July 2, 2025. meeting.
Commissioner Troeger provided an update. The City is planning Halloween party and Christmas parties. Parks and
REC sent out a survey to residents asking for feedback. No action was taken.
