WHEREAS, Grapevine City Council agrees that in the event of loss or misuse of
the Office of the Governor rs, Grapevine City Councilfunds
returned to the Office of the Governor in full; and
WHEREAS, GrapevineCouncildesignates grantee's
2uthorized official. The authorized official is given the power to apply for, accept, reject,
?.Iter or terminate the grant on behalf of the applicant agency; and
WHEREAS, _ City Councilhereby declares that the approval

incorporated herein as if copied in their entirety.
Section 3. That the Grapevine City Council approves acceptance of grant fun"M
for the First Responder Mental Health Program to the Office of the Governor. I
Section 4. That this resolution shall become effective from and after the date of
its passage.
