This letter confirms on March 6, 2000, the Board of Zoning Adjustment denied
the following request to Grapevine Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance:
Section 25.1.1 Height Regulations require that no principal structure shall be
erected or altered in the "CC" Community Commercial District to a height
exceeding one (1) story or twenty-five (25) feet in height when located
contiguous to an existing "R-20," "R-12.5," or "R-7.5" Single Family District.
The request was for the construction of a building exceeding one (1) story, not to
exceed fifty (50) feet in height.
A copy of the minutes will be available after they have been approved at the next
regular Board of zoning Adjustment meeting. If you need a copy for your
