In Attendance: Councilmember Chuck Taggart (Southlake), Vice Chair Devika Seth (Southlake), Kara Carreras
(Southlake), Chair Marjorie Lewis (Grapevine), Kevin Sellers (Grapevine), Councilmember Tag Green (Keller),
Jennifer Larson (Keller), Rebecca Tovar (Keller), Sayeda Sayed (Colleyville), and Susan Baum (Colleyville).
Absent: Councilmember Tim Raine (Colleyville), Councilmember Sean Shope (Grapevine)
REGULAR SESSION:
1. Call to order at 5:45 by Chair Marjorie Lewis.

2. Administrative Comments (Staff):
Teen Court staff gave a presentation regarding referral information and Youth Diversion data.
CONSENT AGENDA:
3. Approve Minutes of June 23, 2025 Meeting.
Motion to approve made by Sayeda Sayed and seconded by Kara Cameras. Unanimous approval by board
REGULAR AGENDA:
4. Dates to Remember
Board unanimously approved upcoming meeting dates: November 10, 2025; January 12, 2026;
March 9, 2026: May 4, 2026; and September 14, 2026.
5. Public Forum: There was no public present at this time.
6. Meeting adjourned at 5:59pm
