This letter confirms on November 14, 2025 the Historic Preservation Staff approved
#CA25-77 for the property addressed 722 West College Street, legally described as Foster, A
Heirs Survey Abstract 518 Tract 10J2 & 10M3, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic
Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended,
for the following:
Refresh existing driveway surface with new crushed decomposed granite; widen
previously approved driveway area to match the width of the new driveway entrance
apron that was constructed by the City; extend the driveway into the property 40 feet
to match the end point of the original driveway;
as per the attached plan and photo with the condition a Permit is obtained from the Building
Department.
An approved Certificat_e_of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is is not equired. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
