Hicks and I live on Crestwood Court. I would like to speak AGAINST
changing our neighborhood from a Future Land Use Designation of
Residential Low Intensity to a Future Land Use Designation of Residential
Medium Intensity as I believe it will directly affect our property values in
the future.
When our zoning was approved on June 15, 2004, we were given a Future
Land Use Designation of Residential Low Intensity and it was noted that
our subject property was in compliance with the Master Plan for the City.
Why are we now being considered for a Future Land Us
Designation of Residential Medium Intensity.) i
The surrounding neighborhoods: Glade Crossing, Glade Landing,
Saybrooke, Shadow Glen have a Future Land Use Designation of
Residential Low Intensity.

I ask you to please reconsider your decision to change us to a Future Land
