This letter confirms on November 21, 2025 the Historic Preservation Staff approved
#CA25-80 for the property addressed 205 East College Street, legally described as Block 31,
Lot 5R, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix
G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Replace existing picket fence with four -feet tall wood picket fence painted white;
2. Replace existing fencing with six-foot tall wood fence, pre -stained medium brown,
on the side and rear of the property,
as per the attached plan and photos with the condition a Permit is obtained from the Building
Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permits / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 81 .410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
