This letter confirms on December 19, 2025 the Historic Preservation Staff approved #CA25-
92 for the property addressed 603 S. Main Street, Suite 303, legally described as Block 15,
Lot C, Original Town of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73
(Appendix G - Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Paint existing mechanical equipment on the rear fagade of the tenant space to
match the brick color on the building, Sherwin-Williams SW2803, Rookwood Terra
Cotta as per the attached drawings and photos.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
