This letter confirms on December 19, 2025 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA25-93 for the property addressed 603 S. Main Street, Suite 303, legally
described as Block 15, Lot C, Original Town of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic
Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended,
for the following:
Install a new tenant wall sign 113.17" wide x 38.52" high, mounted above the front
awning.
2. Install a 38" wide x 26" high double sided, projecting sign, hanging from the
existing bracket on the front of the building.
3. Install a 24" wide x 44" high entrance sign mounted to the side of the front entrance.
4. Install a new tenant wall sign 150" wide x 32" high on the side fagade of the tenant
space.
as per the attached drawings and photos with the following condition: the projecting sign is
reduced to 38" wide x 26" high and a Permit is obtained from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
