Tate Avenue/2700 Western Oaks Boulevard, platted as Block 1, Lot 1, Grapevine III Addition, was approved on December 19, 2025. A copy of the approved site plan is enclosed. Your next milestone in the development review process is to obtain Building Permit approval with the Building Services Department.
