To Whom It May Concern,
This letter is to verify that your request for a site plan to modify exterior elevations and sidewalk
improvements in conjunction with an existing professional office building located at 3400 William
D. Tate Avenue/2700 Western Oaks Boulevard, platted as Block 1, Lot 1, Grapevine III
Addition, was approved on December 19, 2025. A copy of the approved site plan is enclosed.
Your next milestone in the development review process is to obtain Building Permit approval with
the Building Services Department. For questions related to this process, please reach out to the
following individuals to coordinate:

Building Permit applications are accepted at any point in the development review process but will
not be released until any associated zoning cases or site plans are approved, civil engineering
plans are approved, and any required plats are approved and filed.
