This letter confirms on December 29, 2025 the Historic Preservation Staff approved #CA25-
85 for the property addressed 736 East Wall Street, legally described as Block 1, Lot 2, D. E.
Box Addition, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73
(Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following. -
Remove the existing wood and chain link fence on the south and east side of the
property, and replace them with a new six foot tall wood fence; pickets to be dog-
eared wood and mounted on wood rails and wood posts;
as per the attached site plan with the condition a Permit is obtained from the Building
Department.
An approved Ce 'ficate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permi is is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 8 .410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
