BRIEFING SESSION
2. Board of Zoning Adjustment to conduct a briefing session to discuss items
scheduled to be heard at the January 5, 2026, public hearing.

CITIZEN COMMENTS
5. Any person who is not scheduled on the agenda may address the Board under
Citizen Comments or on any other agenda item by completing a Citizen
Appearance Request form with the staff. A member of the public may address the
Board regarding an item on the agenda either before or during the Board's
consideration of the item, upon being recognized by the Chairman or upon the
consent of the Board. In accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the Board
is restricted in discussing or taking action during Citizen Comments.

NEW BUSINESS
7. Board of Zoning Adjustment to conduct a public hearing relative to Board of Zoning
Adjustment case BZA25-14 submitted by Timothy Mankin for property located at
611 and 621 Industrial Boulevard and consideration of the same.
8. Board of Zoning Adjustment to consider the minutes of the December 1, 2025
meeting and take any necessary action.
ADJOURNMENT
In accordance with the Open Meetings Law, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551,
1 hereby certify that the above agenda was posted on the official bulletin boards at
Grapevine City Hall, 200 South Main Street and on the City's website on December
30, 2025, by 5:00 p.m.

CITIZEN APPEARANCE REQUEST ?
Welcome to the Grapevine Board of Zoning Adjustment meeting.
The following guidelines are designed to promote a fair and open process for the administration
of the Board of Zoning Adjustment meeting.
1 Anyone desiring to address the Board should complete this form and turn it in to the
Executive Director prior to the meeting.
2. When called upon by the City Staff, proceed to the podium and state your name,
address and identification of group or other persons who you represent, if applicable.
3. Each speaker will be allowed three (3) minutes for comments to ensure sufficient
time for all wishing to be heard.
4. Comments should be concise and present information not substantially addressed by
previous testimony.
5. Demonstrations are not permitted.
6. State law provides that the Board cannot take specific action or discuss Citizen
Appearance Request topics as these items do not meet the legal posting
requirements.
7. The Board may have Citizen Appearance Request items:
(1) placed on a future agenda for action, or
(2) referred to full Board or a subcommittee for further study, or
(3) referred to Staff for study or conclusion.
8. Issues that are contemplated for a public hearing (such as a particular BZA case) may
not be addressed during the Citizen Comments portion of the City Council agenda.
9. IF NOT ON THE AGENDA, you may prefer to discuss the matter with the Planning
Services Department at 817-410-3155, so that necessary facts can be gathered, and
the matter may be placed on the agenda for a future meeting.
