This letter confirms on January 18, 2016 Historic Preservation staff approved w*1th
condiftloons #CAI 7-06 for the property addressed 210 West Wall Street, legally
described as Block 12, Lot 1 , Starr Addition, City of Grapevine, Texas. The
following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Remove existing cyclone fence along east property line;
Install new wood fence six feet high with wood posts, painted white, to
match the appearance of the existing wood fence;
as per the attached plan and drawing with the condition a permit bt
obtained from the Building Department.
An approved Cerfificate, of Appropdateness'I's not an approved Build"ing
