The site plan submitted was the original site plan. This was not what was constructed. All plans need to show new buildings, driveways, sidewalks, trails. Appurtenances like electrical transformers, street lighting, spectrum boxes, water meters, sanitary sewer services and any other structure that will affect the placement of the driveway, doors or other feature of the proposed building must be shown. • Sidewalks for the neighborhood were allowed to meet the frontage sidewalk requirement. Show walls and gates installed that will affect the public use of these items. • An amended plat will be required to update the easement locations for the trail. PD25-06 – 1st Review 4 • The plat is filed with street names recorded. All plans should show the street names and addresses assigned. • The site plan shows Phase lines that no longer apply.
