Commodity, Storage Arrangement and Occupancy Information The existing warehouse is of Type 118 construction with a rare] square footage of approximately 98,560 ft2- The high -piled storage area within suite 100 occupied by eReplacements, is approximately 12,875 ffi. The original sprinkler plans. designed by Texas Sprinkler, Indicate that the warehouse Is protected by three (3) wet pipe CSFR sprinkler Systems. The maximum ceiling height within I I the warehouse area Is 281-0. The plans indicate that the ESFR sprinkler systems protecting the warehouse were designed with 14.0 k- from, pendent sprinklers to provide a minimum end [lead pressure of 50 psi to (12) sprinkler heads. The municipal water supply serving these systems is shown to be supplemented by an electrical fire pump with a rating of 1500 gpm at BS Psi. areplacements proposes to store consumer electomlos (1p.dc, headphones and speakers), Class IV and arrierpimdd Group A plastic commodities in cardboard boxes, in single- and double -row open -frame racks to a maximum storage height of 24'-0. Flue Space Requirements Per NFPA 13 §20S,3.3,2,1, nominal 6" transverse flue spaces between leads and at rack upright shall be maintained in single- and double -row rocks. However, per §20.5.3.3.2.2, random variations in the width of the flue spaces or in their vertical alignment shall be permitted. Managing the storage height and the types of commodities in each storage arrangement will be crucial le maintaining sprinkler protection. Any commodities that present a higher hazard than what is noted above should be reevaluated to determine allowable storage heights and configurations based on the existing sprinkler protection provided.
