This letter confirms on January 15, 2026 the Historic Preservation Staff 11?proved with
conditions #CA26-02 for the property addressed 852 East Worth Street, legally described as
Block 8, lot 8, D, E. Box Addition, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation
Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the
following:
1. Replace the existing fence on side rear yard (along the shared property line) with an
8'-0" tall cedar fence on steel posts.
2. Replace the existing 12' long fence on the side yard (to the shared property line)
with a 6'-0" tall cedar fence on steel posts.
as per the attached plan, specifications and photos with the condition the existing 12'
long fence on the side yard is reduced to 6'-0" and a permit is obtained from the
Building Department.
