When a construction cost in excess of $50,00.00 is reported„ I have to cotlect a control number. The disparity between 190K and 50K is quite Large, On the application submitted, the applicant certified the plans had been submitted to TDLR. A control number was not provided. Without a contract I have to go by construction cost per the table adopted in our ordinance. That table also pushes the project cost above 50Ka I am not an accessibility expert. I will accept a Letter from a RAS certifying it is not required for this project" I will accept a contact for Less than 50,000, 0, or I wilt accept a control number. Asa city we can be fined up to 10K per day for violating this Law. The contractor certified the plans had been submitted on the application. Perhaps he/she can provide you the control number. I think we may have uncovered an error in the permit application with the city of Grapevine. It appears that the Contractor applied for the permit with an estimate of well over $50,000 in estimated construction budget. Based on what we had Discussed this doesn't seem incorrect for what we wanted to do for the project? If this is the case, I don't believe we would be required to submit for a TDLR project registration number, RAS review or inspection.
