Request to Cancel Plumbing Permit 26-000490
Hello, to whom it may concern
I am requesting the cancellation of the plumbing permit for this project, as our company is no
longer involved in the job. Although we originally pulled the permit, the Property Owner decided
to cancel the project because we would not falsify test results. We want to clarify that any work
done from 02-17-2026 until today has not been done by our company and we will not be held
responsible.
Please proceed with canceling the permit at your earliest convenience. If any additional
information or documentation is needed, please let me know.
