The foundation plan for the above referenced location has been
designed using acceptable engineering practices
including consideration of the Post Tensioning Insdtute's 'Design
and Construction of Post -Tensioned Stabs -on
Ground". The alb— referenced foundation was also designed with loads applied in accordance with the 2021
International Residential code. This design is also based on the
requirements of the Post -Tensioning Institute's
"Construction and Maintenance Pracedures Manual for Post -Tensioned
