To upload the RESPONSE TO COMMENTS or REVISIONS into the MYGOV portal do the following:
I.Login to your MYGOV account.
2. Search and select the specific project you are responding to.
3. In the overview tab select the step- Building commercial plan review.
4. You will see the initial comments made by the Plan Review staff along with a GREEN "COMMENT" TAB
on the right side of the page.
5. Select the "comment" tab, a new window will open, showing "Add your comment here" input a
comment e.g.: "Response to comments or Revisions"
6. Once a comment is made a drop down of options should appear select under attachments- select
"upload files", insert all the corresponding documents needed to upload.
7. Once the response to comments is uploaded, SEND A NOTIFICATION EMAIL TO BOTH:
ccogburn@grapevinetexas.gov and arobeson@grapevinetexas.gov. THE REVIEW PROCESS WILL BE
RESTARTED IN THE ORDER RECEIVED, ALLOW 7-10 BUSINESS DAY FOR THE "Response to comments or
Revisions" TO BE REVIEWED.
