In accordance with the requirements of Texas Senate Bill 1202. effective September 1, 2025,
this letter serves as formal confirmation that Texas Power Inspections has conducted a
thorough review of the permit application and associated documentation submitted for the
following system:

Our licensed inspection agency has inspected the installed system and verified that the work
was performed in compliance with the approved plans, applicable codes
(2021 IRC. and 2020 NEC), and
requirements under Texas law. Based on this inspection. Texas Power Inspections hereby
Pass the system for submission to the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).
This Inspection is issued pursuant to the authority granted under SB 1202 and is intended to
support the permitting process for contractors and applicants.
