CALL TO ORDER: 5:30 p.m. — Planning and Zoning Conference Room

BRIEFING SESSION
2. Board of Zoning Adjustment to conduct a briefing session to discuss items
scheduled to be heard at the March 2, 2026, public hearing.
PUBLIC HEARING 6:15 p.m. — City Council Chambers
3. Call to Order
4. Pledge of Allegiance — U.S. Flag
5. Pledge of Allegiance —Texas State Flag
CITIZEN COMMENTS
6. Any person who is not scheduled on the agenda may address the Board under
Citizen Comments or on any other agenda item by completing a Citizen
Appearance Request form with the staff. A member of the public may address the
Board regarding an item on the agenda either before or during the Board's
consideration of the item, upon being recognized by the Chairman or upon the
consent of the Board. In accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the Board
is restricted in discussing or taking action during Citizen Comments.
NEW BUSINESS
7. Board of Zoning Adjustment to conduct a public hearing relative to Board of Zoning
Adjustment case BZA26-01 submitted by Kelly and James Clements for property
located at 807 East Worth Street and consideration of the same.
8. Board of Zoning Adjustment to conduct a public hearing relative to Board of Zoning
Adjustment case BZA26-02 submitted by Nathaniel Richard for property located at
1910 Big Bend Drive and consideration of the same.

9. Board of Zoning Adjustment to conduct a public hearing relative to Board of Zoning
Adjustment case BZA26-03 submitted by Mark Howe for property located at 1109
Airline Drive and consideration of the same.
10.Board of Zoning Adjustment to conduct a public hearing relative to Board of Zoning
Adjustment case BZA26-04 submitted by Mark Howe for property located at 1100
South Main Street and consideration of the same.
11 .Board of Zoning Adjustment to conduct a public hearing relative to Board of Zoning
Adjustment case BZA26-05 submitted by Amy Gallegos for property located at 514
East Texas Street and consideration of the same.
12.Board of Zoning Adjustment to consider the minutes of the January 5, 2026,
meeting and take any necessary action.
