This letter confirms on February 26, 2026 the Historic Preservation Commission approved
with conditions #CA26-11 for the property addressed 221 West College Street, legally
described as Block 14 N 167. 5' W 81 '/2'3, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic
Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended,
for the following:
1. Build a new hot tub concrete pad, 2' x 2' paver walkway, and new grill & paver
patio in the rear yard of the property:
as per the attached drawings and site plan with the condition any future roof over the hot tub
be approved under a separate Certificate of Appropriateness and that a building permit is
obtained from the Building Services Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
