Review of the permit application referenced in the subject body of this email has been completed.
Permit approval is denied pending receipt of response to the following comments:
1. THE PROPOSED FIRE PIT IS ENCROACHING A 10'UTILITY EASEMENT, NEED TO REMOVE FIRE PIT
The plans have been attached to the MYGOV portal and marked, REVIEW ALL SHEETS, make correction' -A
then upload the revised plans to the MYGOV portal. Plans shall be in a digital format and cannot be
scanned copies. All submittals shall be in ONE COMPLETE FILE (pdf) and not individually uploaded.
Submit a full set of plans for "Response to comments" and only the affected sheets for "Revisions"
To upload the RESPONSE TO COMMENTS or REVISIONS into the MYGOV portal do the following:
2. Search and select the specific project you are responding to.
3. In the overview tab select the step- Building commercial plan review.
4. You will see the initial comments made bI& the Plan Review staff along with a GREEN "COMMENT" T-J,
on the right side of the page.
5. Select the "comment" tab, a new window will open, showing "Add your comment here" input a
comment e.g.: "Response to comments or Revisions" 'in

6. Once a comment is made a drop down of options should appear select under attachments- select
"upload files", insert all the corresponding documents needed to upload.
7. Once the response to comments is uploaded, SEND A NOTIFICATION EMAIL TO BOTH:

Complete Landsculpture is requesting to remove our permit application request for the address
of 945 Meadowbend Loop S with the reasoning being that we have removed all gas lines from
the project and will not be installing anything with a gas line on the project. Due to this, there
should no longer be a need for a permit to be pulled. If there is anything else needed on our
end to facilitate this being completed, please let us know and we will get it done for you. Thank

Meadowbend Loop S with the reasoning being that since we have removed a1L gas Lines from the project
and wiLL not be instalLing anything of that nature that there is no Longer a need for a permit to be puLled. If
